Columbia, S.C. – It was announced Monday that senior Lyndsey Havens has advanced to the NCAA Women’s Diving Championships.

Havens qualified by finishing eighth on the 1 M springboard at last weekend Zone B Championships in Athens, Ga. She had a total score of 509.15. This will be Haven’s first appearance at the NCAA Championships.

Three South Carolina swimmers also qualified for the NCAA Championships. Those swimmers are senior Lindsey Tiberio, junior Christy Williams and sophomore Sharntelle McLean. The women’s championships will be held in Minneapolis, Minn., March 8-10.
