Sixth-year player and second-year grad transfer who is in his second year with the Gamecocks… began his career at Syracuse…. also spent time at East Mississippi C.C. and most recently at UAB… has worked as both an EDGE rusher and in the middle of the defensive line… has competed in 25 career games at the Division I level with 8.0 tackles for loss and 5.0 sacks.

2023 (Grad)
Joined the team in August after fall camp had already commenced… appeared in five of the first six games… started one contest, getting the nod against Georgia… logged his only tackle of the season in that contest… did not play in the second half of the season.

2022 (Redshirt Junior)
First-year player at UAB who made an immediate impact as a edge rusher… earned honorable mention All-Conference USA honors… appeared in all 13 games… logged a team-high five sacks… totaled 33 tackles, three pass breakups and three quarterback hurries… helped UAB lead C-USA in scoring defense, passing defense and defensive efficiency… the Blazers finished 7-6 overall and 4-4 in C-USA play.

2021 (Redshirt Sophomore)
Spent the year at East Mississippi Community College in Scooba, Miss., where he tallied 32 total tackles with six tackles for loss and recovered one fumble… helped the Lions to a 9-1 record and the MACCC North Division title… coached by Buddy Stephens… was teammates with current Gamecock defensive lineman Elijah Davis.

2020 (Redshirt Freshman)
Played in six games as a reserve defensive lineman for Syracuse…. recorded seven tackles, with two tackles for loss and blocked a punt… tallied two tackles, both for loss, at North Carolina… logged a season-high three tackles against Duke… blocked a punt against Clemson.

2019 (Freshman)
Made one appearance as a true freshman at Syracuse… made his collegiate debut versus Holy Cross and registered a pair of tackles… played for head coach Dino Babers… earned a spot on the Fall 2019 SU Athletic Director’s Honor Roll and the ACC Honor Roll… redshirted.

PREP SCHOOL
Spent the 2018 season at Jireh Prep Academy in Matthews, N.C. where he played for Coach Ryan Williams… tallied 72 tackles and 12 sacks for the Bandits… recipient of the team’s “Perseverance” Award… ranked as 247Sports.com’s No. 3 prep-school prospect and the No. 1 strongside defensive end.

HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Knightdale (N.C.) High School in 2018 where he played for head coach Anthony Timmon… caught 33 passes for 449 yards (13.6 avg.) and three touchdowns in three seasons… Posted 46 tackles and six sacks on defense… 2017 North Athletic All-Conference selection… ranked as the No. 34 Y-tight end and the No. 37 overall prospect from North Carolina according to ESPN… also played basketball.
