Gamecocks Head to Charlottesville for Cavalier Invite

Charlottesville, Va. – Selected members of the South Carolina swimming team will compete this weekend at the Cavalier Invite, hosted by Virginia, at the Aquatic and Fitness Center. The group will compete in three days of action beginning Feb. 9 and running through Feb. 11

Prelims will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday with Sunday’s prelims beginning at 10:00 a.m. The finals sessions on Friday and Saturday will begin at 6:00 p.m. with Sunday’s finals at 4:00 p.m.

South Carolina is one of 11 teams competing in the Invite and will be joined by Duke, George Washington, Johns Hopkins, North Carolina, St. Bonaventure, Army, UNC Wilmington, Richmond, William & Mary, and host Virginia.

There will be no live streaming available, however live results can be found on the subscription-based Meet Mobile app.
