Graduated from Philip Simmons High School in Charleston, S.C. in 2024… was granted a fifth year of eligibility by the SCHSL… was a deep snapper and also played linebacker for the Iron Horses…. coached by Eric Bendig… spent three years at Oceanside Collegiate Academy before transferring to Philip Simmons.
PERSONAL
Gunnar Yocum was born June 7, 2005… diagnosed with a neuroendocrine tumor in Feb. 2021 and withdrew from school while undergoing treatment.
