Max Kelley Bio
Kicking specialist who signed with the Gamecocks in December 2024 and joined the squad in the summer of 2025… will work at both disciplines… could make a push for the starting placekicking chores as a true freshman.
HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Gallatin (Tenn.) High School in 2025… coached by Michael Stroup… connected on 57-of-65 career PATs and 16-of-23 field goals during his high school career… was 24-of-27 on PATs and finished 7-of-11 in field goals with a career long of 51 yards in 2024… averaged 38.1 yard per punt for the Green Wave in 2023… also connected on 9-of-12 field goals with a long of 45 yards and went 33-of-38 on PATs as a junior.. also played baseball.

Max Kelley was born June 25, 2006… is a biological sciences major… father, Jay Kelley, is a former placekicker at Liberty where he earned All-American honorable mention honors by the Football Gazette in 2001.
