2024 Third-Team All-MAC

Placekicker who is in his fifth season of college football in 2026… transferred to South Carolina from Texas Tech… began his career at Alabama and also spent time at Buffalo where he earned third-team All-MAC honors while playing for Pete Lembo… has connected on 24-of-27 field goal attempts in his career with a long of 52 yards.

2025 (Redshirt Junior)
Joined the Texas Tech squad in the spring… appeared in seven contests… was a perfect 6-for-6 in field goal attempts, all coming inside 40 yards, for the Big 12 Champions that went 12-2 on the season… longest field goal was 33 yards… was 14-for-16 on extra point attempts… totaled 32 points… added two kickoffs with one touchback.

2024 (Redshirt Sophomore)
Named to the All-MAC third team after connecting on 18-of-21 field goal attempts and 31-of-31 extra-point attempts at Buffalo… the 18 made field goals ranked second in Buffalo’s program history for a single season… finished 10-of-11 on attempts inside 39 yards and was 8-of-10 from 40 yards or longer… ranked 24th nationally and fourth in the MAC for field goal percentage (85.7 percent)… found the uprights on the first nine field goals attempts on the season… went 3-for-3 in the win over 23rd-ranked Northern Illinois including a game-winning walk-off 37-yarder in OT… finished 4-of-5 on field goal attempts in the Bahamas Bowl against Liberty including a season-long and bowl-record 52-yarder… also served as Buffalo’s kickoff specialist, sending 34 of his 74 attempts for touchbacks… averaged 61.3 yards per kick with only one attempt that went out of bounds.

2023 (Redshirt Freshman)
Second season at Alabama… served as a backup placekicker… did not see any game action.

2022 (Freshman)
True freshman on the Alabama roster… did not see any game action… redshirted.

HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Stewarts Creek High School in Murfreesboro, Tenn… connected on 8-of-11 field goals with a long of 47 yards over his final two seasons… also was the Red Hawks punter… was a two-time (Region4-6A and Region 5-6A) Special Teams Player of the Year… named First Team All-State as both a junior and senior… was the Tennessee Mr. Football Kicker of the Year Semi-Finalist as a junior and a Finalist as a senior… won the field goal contest at the end of the Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp in 2020.

Upton Bellenfant was an explore STEM major at Texas Tech… catcher, Keith, was a kicker at Cumberland University in the early 1990s.
