Graduated from nearby Dutch Fork High School in Irma, S.C… led the Silver Foxes to a 12-1 record and the Class AAAAA Division I state championship as a senior… caught 38 passes for 688 yards and five touchdowns during his final season… selected to play in the Touchstone Energy Bowl All-Star game… as a junior at Chapin (S.C.) High School, recorded 55 receptions for 673 yards and six touchdowns… began his prep career at Gaffney (S.C.) High School when his father, Mike, was the head football coach at Limestone College.
