Gamecocks and Commodores Set for 4 p.m. Kickoff Oct. 28

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — The South Carolina vs. Vanderbilt football game scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 28, will kick off at 4 p.m. ET, the Southeastern Conference office announced on Monday. SEC Network will televise the contest live from Williams-Brice Stadium.
South Carolina leads the all-time series between the two squads, 22-4, and the Gamecocks have won the last eight meetings. Last year’s contest went to Carolina, 13-10, with the Gamecocks rallying from a 10-0 halftime deficit.
Both South Carolina (5-2, 3-2 SEC) and Vanderbilt (3-4, 0-4 SEC) are off this weekend as they prepare for their matchup on Oct. 28 in Columbia.
