Vincent Named SEC Diver of the Week

COLUMBIA, S.C. — University of South Carolina junior Julia Vincent has been named Southeastern Conference Women’s Diver of the Week, the league office announced today. The weekly honor is the first of Vincent’s collegiate career.

Vincent won the 1-meter and 3-meter dives in the dual meet with Arkansas on November 4. The junior posted a score of 344.70 in the 1-meter and 351.30 in the 3-meter dive.

Vincent broke the Arkansas Natatorium record in the 1-meter, as well as setting a new personal best record. She is currently undefeated in the 3-meter dive and posted her best mark of the season at the Arkansas meet.
