Larry Waters

Larry Waters joined the Carolina football staff in 2016 as Director – Football Equipment Operations.

Waters came to Columbia following a five-year stint as an assistant equipment manager for football at Alabama. During that time, the Crimson Tide won a pair of football national championships.

Waters earned a degree in political science from Mississippi State in 2010. While an undergrad, he served as a football student manager.

In 2010, Waters worked first as an equipment intern for the New Orleans Saints in the NFL, before being named a full-time equipment assistant for the Saints upon graduation. He left New Orleans in 2012 to join the Alabama football equipment staff.

Waters, who hails from Collins, Miss., and his wife, Sarah Weed Waters, have two daughters, Harper and Mary Collins.
