2011 Season Tickets | Gamecock Fan Fest

The South Carolina Gamecock football squad worked out in windy conditions at the Bluff Road practice fields on Friday afternoon. The two-hour workout was their 10th of the 15 allotted spring practices.

Several high school coaches were on hand as part of a Coaching Clinic weekend, hosted by the Gamecock coaching staff. Among those in attendance was former Maryland head coach Ralph Friedgen, who will be the guest speaker at tonight’s event.

Tailback Eric Baker was held out of practice with a quad injury. He will likely not participate in Saturday’s scrimmage.

The team will scrimmage on Saturday morning in Williams-Brice Stadium. The scrimmage, which is expected to begin around 10:30 a.m., is open to the public.
