2020-21 (JUNIOR)
- Achieved personal record in two events– 50 free and 100 back
- Competed in three events at the SEC Championships – 50 free, 100 back, and 200 back
- Took home first place four times during the season – 100 back (vs Georgia), 200 back (vs Georgia and at Georgia), and 200 IM (vs Gardner-Webb)
2019-20 (SOPHOMORE)
- Swam the seventh fastest 200 IM in program history, a 2:00.44, at SECs
- Took home her first career win, winning the 200 backstroke against East Carolina
- Earned seven top-10 finishes on the season
2018-19 (FRESHMAN)
- Posted five top-three finishes in backstroke events during her freshman season at Carolina
- Won the 200 backstroke at the SC College Invite after clocking a 2:01.97
- Finished 12th at the CSCAA National Invitational in the 100 backstroke with a season-best 55.31
- Placed 5th at the CSCAA NIC in the 200 IM with a finals time of 2:00.86
PRE-COLLEGE
- Graduated from Oswego High School in Oswego, Ill.
- Earned four varsity letters in swimming for the Oswego Panthers with two top-three team finishes at the IHSA State Championships
- Two-time state champion and state record holder
- Owns one individual school record (200IM) and is a part of two record-holding relay teams (400 & 200 free relay)
- Was a four-time state qualifier in high school and a three-time state finalist
- Five-time national qualifier helping team to 10th place finish at NCSA nationals
- Swam for Delta Aquatics club team for coach Deryl Leubner
PERSONAL
- Her father, John Kraus, played football at the University of Illinois and her brother Andrew Kraus, played football for Augustana College
