Tight end who enrolled at Carolina in January and went through spring drills with the squad… played in four games… appeared in the Charleston Southern, Vanderbilt, Texas A&M and Clemson contests… caught one pass for no yards in the CSU contest… credited with a tackle against Clemson… redshirted.
HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Williston (S.C.)-Elko High School in December 2018… played tight end and defensive end for coach Derek Youngblood… caught 51 passes for 750 yards and nine touchdowns as a senior… logged 158 career receptions for 2,321 yards and 20 scores… selected to play in the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas… the Blue Devils went 6-7 in 2018 after logging a 9-3 mark in 2017… logged 52 catches for 677 yards and seven touchdowns as a junior… was a two-time all-state basketball player… averaged 12.2 points and 8.9 rebounds on the hardwood as a junior… rated as the 18th-best player in South Carolina and the 47th-ranked tight end in the country by 247Sports Composite.
