CAREER
Offensive lineman who spent six seasons with the South Carolina football program… played both center or guard… appeared in 50 games making 38 starts including 23 at center, 11 at left guard and four at right guard.

2019
Sixth-year senior who was a leader of the offensive line… named one of five permanent team captains… started all 12 games, the first game at left guard, then the remainder of the season at center… started each of the last 25 games for the Gamecocks… presented with the Nutrition Award, the Unselfish Teammate Award for offense and the Leadership Award for offense following the season… named the Joe Morrison Offensive Player of the Spring.

2018    
Fifth-year junior offensive lineman who started all 13 games, the first 12 at center and the Belk Bowl at right guard… also played left guard against Kentucky and Akron… nominated for the Rimington Award which goes to the nation’s top center… one of four players honored by the coaches following the season with the Dr. Harris Pastides Outstanding Student-Athlete Award… graduated in December with a degree in sport and entertainment management… was a member of the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2017    
Started 12 games along the offensive line in his fourth season with the Gamecocks… made nine starts at left guard and three starts at right guard… graded by Pro Football Focus as the second-most effective guard in the nation during Week 4, as the Gamecocks defeated Louisiana Tech… named a game captain against Texas A&M… sidelined for the Outback Bowl win over Michigan due to an ankle injury.

2016    
Sophomore season was abbreviated by an early injury… earned the starting right guard position for the season opener at Vanderbilt… suffered a high ankle sprain in the first series of the game, causing him to miss the remainder of the season… applied for a medical redshirt that would get him a sixth year of eligibility.

2015    
Played in all 12 games as a redshirt freshman, primarily on special teams… also saw a limited number of reps at offensive guard… named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll… took a vast number of reps in the spring as the numbers were thin on the offensive line…  earned one of four Everyday Effort awards presented in the spring at the Garnet & Black game.

2014    
Redshirted as a true freshman… did not practice for much of the fall while rehabbing from surgery on his left wrist… named to the 2014-15 First-Year SEC Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL    
Offensive lineman who prepped at Latta (S.C.) High School… the Vikings went 7-4 in 2013 under head coach Kelly Williamson… was a finalist for the South Carolina “Mr. Football” award… earned a spot on the all-state team as selected by the High School Sports Report… played in the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas following his senior season… also played basketball and baseball… played for the baseball state title as a junior… Rivals.com considered him the 10th-best player in the state and the 16th-best offensive guard in the nation… Scout.com ranked him as the sixth-best offensive guard in the country and No. 105 overall… considered the fourth-best player in the state, the fifth-best offensive guard in the nation and the 121st-best player overall according to 247Sports.com… ESPN considered him the 14th-best offensive guard in the nation, No. 214 on the ESPN300 list and the seventh-best player in the state… ranked by PrepStar as No. 213 on the Top 300 All-American Team… was a member of the National Honor Society.
