Patrick Shine

Patrick Shine is in his 14th year with the Carolina football program and his seventh as the Administrative Coordinator for Recruiting.

Shine served as a recruiting intern in 2002 and a recruiting assistant in 2003 and 2004. In 2005 and `06 he worked as a graduate assistant in the recruiting office.

Shine is a 2004 graduate of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in sport & entertainment management. He also earned a master’s degree in HRTM.

A Columbia native, Shine is a 1997 graduate of Ben Lippen High School where he was a four-year letterwinner in tennis and earned three letters in football and basketball. He was the MVP, team captain and earned all-conference honors in his senior year in football.

Shine and his wife, Beth, have two daughters, Charlotte and Abigail.
