Fourth-year sophomore defensive tackle who has been hampered throughout much of his collegiate career with injuries… remained healthy during the spring and parlayed that into being named the ‘Most Improved’ defensive lineman by the coaching staff… listed with the third-team unit entering the fall… a two-time member of the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2013: Defensive tackle who played in two contests, making a pair of stops, including a tackle for loss, in the Coastal Carolina game… a member of the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2012: Redshirt freshman defensive lineman who continued to rehab from a knee injury that required surgery in 2011… did not see any action… petitioned for and received his second medical redshirt season… a member of the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2011: Redshirted as a true freshman… was not part of the 105 roster at the start of camp while dealing with a knee injury that required surgery.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Orlando[apos]s Olympia High School in 2011… recorded 68 tackles, 14 tackles for loss, a pair of sacks and two fumble recoveries as a senior… earned a spot on the Orlando Sentinel[apos]s All-Orange County and All-Central Florida first teams after his senior season… selected to play in the Central Florida All-Star game following the season… logged 75 tackles including 25 tackles for loss and six sacks as a junior… given a three-star rating and named the nation[apos]s 50th-best defensive tackle by Rivals.com… regarded as a three-star prospect and the 49th-best defensive tackle by Scout.com… three-star prospect, according to 247Sports.com… named to PrepStar[apos]s All-Southeast Region class… had over 20 scholarship offers from which to choose with USF, Penn State and Ole Miss making the short list.

PERSONAL: Lemuel Deon Green was born October 25, 1992… is a finance major… grew up in Bowman, S.C., just outside Orangeburg, before moving to Orlando for his freshman year of high school.
