COLUMBIA, S.C. – A pair of top 15 nationally ranked teams square off before a nationally televised audience at Williams-Brice Stadium in Columbia, S.C., this Saturday, Nov. 10, as the South Carolina Gamecocks (14th in AP/15th in USA Today/ESPN coaches poll) play host to the Florida Gators (4th in AP/3rd in USA Today/ESPN Coaches poll). Kickoff is set for 7:50 p.m. South Carolina is 7-2 overall and 5-2 in the Southeastern Conference. Florida is 7-1 overall and 5-1 in the SEC. The winner of this game stays alive in the race for the SEC Eastern Division championship. ESPN’s national cable network will carry the game coast to coast, with Ron Franklin (play-by-play), Mike Gottfried (color analyst) and Adrian Karsten (sideline reporter) handling the announcing chores. For the first time ever, ESPN will also bring its “Game Day Show” to Columbia, with studio hosts and analysts Chris Fowler, Kirk Herbstreit and Lee Corso on site Saturday from the grandstands located inside the South Carolina State Fairgrounds, just across George Rogers Blvd. from Williams-Brice Stadium.
