COLUMBIA, S.C. – Four University of South Carolina football signees have been named to Fox Sports Net’s Countdown to Signing Day “All-South” team.

Jabari Levey, a 6-8, 300-pound offensive lineman from Berkeley High School in Moncks Corner, S.C., was named to the first-team offense. Levey was ranked the #16 best offensive line prospect in the country by Student Sports magazine. He played in the 2001 Shrine Bowl and was coached by Jerry Brown.

Ricardo Hurley, a 6-3, 230-pound linebacker from Greenwood High School, was named to the first-team defense. Hurley was considered to be the #1 linebacker prospect in the nation by Prep Star, Prep Football Report and Rivals.com. Hurley played in the Shrine Bowl and was a first-team All-American. He played for Coach Shell Dula.

Fred Bennett, a 6-2, 180-pound defensive back from Manning High School, was named to the second-team defense. Bennett was ranked the #4 prospect in the state of South Carolina by SuperPrep and was likewise a Shrine Bowl selection. He played for Coach Robbie Briggs.

Troy Williamson, a 6-2, 200-pound wide receiver from Silver Bluff High School in Aiken, S.C., was named to the third-team offense. Williamson was rated the #16 best wide receiver prospect in the country by Tom Lemming of ESPN and was a finalist for Mr. Football in the state of South Carolina. Williamson was also a Shrine Bowler.
