LEXINGTON, KY – The South Carolina-Kentucky baseball game scheduled for 2 p.m. this afternoon has been postponed due to heavy rain. The game has been rescheduled for tomorrow as part of a two-game doubleheader. Both games tomorrow will be seven innings instead of nine innings. South Carolina took the opening game Firday night, 6-4 in 10 innings of play.

Scheduled to pitch for the Gamecocks in the first game is sophomore LHP David Marchbanks (7-2, 3.69 ERA). On the mound for Kentucky will be junior RHP Joseph Blanton (3-5, 4.20 ERA).
