Columbia, S.C. – The 24th ranked University of South Carolina women’s tennis team ended their three match skid by taking a 5-2 victory against Tulsa on Tuesday at the USC indoor facility. The Gamecocks improved to 9-4 overall while the Golden Hurricanes dropped to 6-8 overall.

In doubles, it looked like it was going to be the Gamecocks taking the point but the Golden Hurricane had other plans. On court two, Danielle Wiggins and Jodi Kenoyer took their sixth match in seven tries after defeating Donata Majauskaite and Tiffany Smith 8-3. On court one, Kathy Boyanovich and Magda Wojdylo dropped their match 8-5 to the 48th ranked doubles team of Alicia Pillay and Aleksandra Durska.
