Columbia, S.C. – In their final home match of the season, the University of South Carolina women’s soccer team (8-6-2, 1-3-1 SEC) hosts Kentucky (6-5-3, 4-0-2 SEC) on Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m. at Stone Stadium. South Carolina will also honor its senior class before the start of the match. Erica Bowie, Becca Epstein, Melissa Hutson, Alison Jarrow and Elise Matthews will play their final regular season match at home as a member of the Garnet & Black.

The Gamecocks look to break a season-high three-game losing streak before heading on the road for the squad’s final three matches of the regular season. Carolina has had a great deal of success in Sunday afternoon matches dating back to the 2002 season. USC is 5-0-1 in Sunday home matches at Stone Stadium. The Gamecocks defeated Kentucky 1-0 last season in Lexington, on a second-half goal from Melinda Carter.

Sunday afternoon’s match will also be broadcast live at USCSPORTS.COM with Richard Rowell and Andy Fields calling the action.
