The University of South Carolina Track and Field teams will volunteer at an all-comers youth track meet hosted by the Richland County Sheriff’s Department on Saturday, September 24, 2005 at Lower Richland High School from 9:00 a.m. to noon. Both the men and women’s teams will be serving as volunteer officials.

All members of the track and field teams will be present. They will help with officiating the event, taking measurements, setting up and taking down, greeting guests, and directing youth to assigned areas.

Youth of all ages are welcome to participate in the track meet. It will be a fun-filled day of games and activities for the youth of Columbia and surrounding areas.
