MSL Sports and Entertainment is currently on a 20-market tour to promote Gridiron Bash: The Ultimate Fan Competition. The tour, which features a 42-foot RV, will be in Columbia from Sunday, Feb. 24 through Wednesday, Feb. 27.

The Gridiron Bash team, led by Shawn Garrity, President of MSL, will be giving away free merchandise such as t-shirts and footballs to encourage Gamecock fans to come out and support their school with a chance to win $1 million in the USA Today Bash for Cash Series.

As part of the Gridiron Bash, The Black Crowes will perform live at Williams-Brice Stadium on Friday, April 18, the evening before the Garnet and Black Spring Game. The evening will also include appearances from the football team, coaches, former Gamecock greats and many interactive fan experiences.

The Gridiron Bash team and RV will be at several locations in the Columbia area to promote the event which promises to be one of the largest-single day sports and entertainment days ever. The RV stops include the Russell House, USC baseball and basketball games, and Wild Wing Café.

Here is the schedule for the RV:

Feb. 24 – Sarge Frye Field, Noon – 2 p.m.

Feb. 25 – Russell House, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Feb. 26 – Russell House, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Feb. 26 – Wild Wing Café in the Vista, 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.

Feb. 27 – Sarge Frye Field, 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.

Feb. 27 – Colonial Center, 5:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Tickets for the Gridiron Bash are priced at $38 per person and are on sale now through the University of South Carolina Athletics Ticket Office at the Colonial Center and can also be purchased by calling 866-4SC-TIXX, at gamecocksonline.com, at gridironbash.com, and at Columbia and Lexington Piggly Wiggly and Play It Again Sports locations.
