FEDERAL WAY, Wash. – South Carolina swimmers Dominique Lendjel and Nicholas Walkotten concluded action at the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championship on Saturday. Lendjel turned in a strong performance in the 200 backstroke, while Walkotten compete in the 200 butterfly for the Gamecocks.

Lendjel finished 33rd following preliminary competition in the 200 backstroke on Saturday in a time of 1:47.00. His finish concluded a full week of competition at the event, as he also competed in the 200 IM and 100 backstroke earlier this week.

Walkotten capped a strong season with a 21st-place showing in the 200 fly on Saturday during preliminary competition in a time of 1:45.48. Walkotten also competed in yesterday’s 100 butterfly.
