Kick time for the South Carolina – Arkansas football game, scheduled for Saturday, November 8 at Williams-Brice Stadium, has been changed to 1 p.m. ET, the University of South Carolina Athletics Department announced today.

No television coverage will be available for the Southeastern Conference contest.

“A lot of factors weighed into this decision,” said Carolina Athletics Director Eric Hyman. “After looking at all of our options, we felt playing in the afternoon was the right thing to do.”

Arkansas leads the all-time series, 10-6, including wins in each of the last two meetings. The teams have split the previous eight games in Columbia evenly.

The Gamecocks (5-3, 2-3 SEC) will host Tennessee this weekend, while Arkansas (3-5, 1-4 SEC) hosts undefeated Tulsa in a non-conference game.
