University of South Carolina football fans are encouraged to show their support for the Gamecocks as they prepare for their trip to Arkansas this weekend.

The Gamecock Club is planning a “send off” for the team in the southwest corner of Williams-Brice Stadium (outside Gate 11) on Friday, November 6. Fans are encouraged to arrive as early as 1:30 p.m., as the team is scheduled to leave the stadium at approximately 2:15 p.m.

Cocky, the Gamecock cheerleaders and dance team are expected to be on hand for the send off. Fans are reminded that they cannot give any items to members of the team (ie. cookies, etc.). No autographs will be available due to time restrictions for travel.

The Gamecocks (6-3, 3-3 SEC) will travel to Fayetteville to take on the Arkansas Razorbacks (4-4, 1-4 SEC) at 12:21 p.m. ET on Saturday, November 7. The game will be televised on the SEC Network and can be seen in Columbia on WIS-TV. Dave Neal and Andre Ware will have the call, with Cara Capuano providing the sideline reports. The game can also be heard on the Gamecock Sports Network, including 107.5 The Game in Columbia. Todd Ellis, Tommy Suggs and Terry Cousin serve as the radio voices for Gamecock Football.
