COLUMBIA, S.C. –
South Carolina softball hits the field again and will complete half of its allotted fall scrimmages in less than 48 hours this weekend, with two games each on Friday and Saturday at Beckham Field.

Florida State College of Jacksonville and Charlotte come to Columbia for Friday’s tripleheader. The Gamecocks open the day against FSCJ at 4 p.m. before closing out the night against Charlotte at 8 p.m. In between South Carolina’s two games, FSC Jacksonville and the 49ers will square off.

On Saturday, the Gamecocks host Lander in a doubleheader starting at 1 p.m. The NCAA Division II school in Greenwood, S.C., the Bearcats compete in the Peach Belt Conference.
