The SEC Eastern Division champion South Carolina Gamecocks returned to the Bluff Road Practice Fields Tuesday afternoon for their sixth of seven scheduled bowl practices in Columbia.

The Gamecocks (9-4) are preparing for the 2010 Chick-fil-A Bowl against the Florida State Seminoles (9-4) in Atlanta’s Georgia Dome on Friday, December 31. Game time is set for 7:30 p.m. ET and the contest will be televised nationally on ESPN with Ron Franklin and Ed Cunningham in the booth and Jeannine Edwards working the sidelines.

The Gamecocks will practice again on Wednesday morning before breaking camp for Christmas. The squad will reconvene in Atlanta on the 26th and begin practices again on December 27.
