The University of South Carolina football team returned to the Bluff Road practice fields Tuesday afternoon to continue their spring drills. Tuesday was practice number 5 of the spring and their first since Saturday’s mini-scrimmage at Williams-Brice Stadium.
The squad worked out for approximately two hours in full pads under sunny skies and temperatures that reached into the mid-80s in Columbia.
The team will have Wednesday off and return to the practice fields on Thursday afternoon at 4 p.m. They will practice again on Friday afternoon, then hold their first official scrimmage of the spring on Saturday morning at Williams-Brice Stadium.
All spring practices are open to the public.
