Members of the Gamecock baseball team met with the media Thursday. The super regional at Carolina Stadium is set to begin on Saturday, June 11 with first pitch at 6 p.m. and the game televised on ESPN2. Sunday’s game is scheduled for 7 p.m. and will be televised on ESPNU. The if necessary game for Monday will either start at 1, 4 or 7 p.m. and be televised on ESPN2. South Carolina is making its ninth NCAA Super Regional appearance in the last 12 years, one of only four schools in the country to have accomplished the feat since the 2000 season.
