Columbia, S.C. – South Carolina catcher Grayson Greiner and left-handed pitcher Jordan Montgomery earned Freshman All-America honors as announced by Collegiate Baseball on Wednesday. Greiner, a SEC All-Freshman selection, has played in 55 games with 48 starts and owns a .236 batting average (41-for-174) with six homers and 31 RBI and has been stellar behind the plate throwing out 17 runners attempting to steal throughout the year. Montgomery owns a 5-1 record with a 4.05 ERA with 51 strikeouts and just nine walks in 66.2 innings pitched.
