DALTON, Ga. — The South Carolina men’s golf team carded a final-round 294 (+6) to wrap up the Carpet Capital Collegiate in a tie for 11th place on Sunday at The Farm Golf Club.

“It was a frustrating week overall, but I was proud of how the guys fought back today,” South Carolina head coach Bill McDonald said. “Dykes had a very solid finish, and Matt getting a top-20 finish in his first collegiate event is fantastic.
