Gamecock fans have voted for the Top 10 Moments of the Spurrier Era at South Carolina as the Head Ball Coach gets ready for his 10th season with the Gamecocks.

We’re counting down the fans’ top 10 and are at number 6.

A matchup of two undefeated teams ranked in the top six in the country brought ESPN’s College GameDay to Columbia for an October 2012 showdown between Georgia and South Carolina.

The game did not live up to the hype however, as this one was over early. The Gamecocks stormed out of the gate, scoring 21 first-quarter points, and never looked back in a 35-7 rout of the Bulldogs.
