A.J. Cann from the Gamecock football team has been named AgSouth Athlete of the Week.

The senior left tackle helped the Gamecock offense roll up 38 points and 447 yards of offense in a 38-35 win over No. 6 Georgia. The Gamecocks had 176 yards on the ground and 271 through the air. Carolina recorded four scoring drives of exactly 75 yards in the contest. Robinson graded out at 86 percent while giving up no pressures or sacks. He had 11 knockdown blocks including three pancakes. When the Gamecocks needed to ground out yards late in the game, most plays went to the left side, manned by Robinson and senior All-America guard A.J. Cann.
