The Gamecocks arrived in Shreveport by plane on Tuesday after a two-hour flight from Columbia. The team quickly got settled in in their lounge/hospitality room and met as a group to go over the trip. Tuesday evening both the South Carolina and Miami squads were hosted by the Duck Commander Independence Bowl for a Welcome Party, game show competition, and Chairman’s Reception where they enjoyed a spread of local food for supper.
