The Gamecocks’ second day in Shreveport started off with a breakfast hosted by Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), including Duck Commander guest speaker Alan Robertson. Coach Sands, Dylan Thompson, AJ Cann, and Perry Orth all spoke to the crowd. Shortly after team meetings, the squad had its first practice in Shreveport at Loyola College Prep school.

After a short break, the team loaded up the buses for a visit to a pediatric hospital and shared some Gamecock cheer with patients.

Meanwhile, the staff’s families had some fun decorating cookies to share for Christmas Eve and later everyone enjoyed some free time. Next up – Christmas Day!
