April 23, 2015 COLUMBIA, S.C. – A total of 67 South Carolina student-athletes from the basketball, equestrian and swimming/diving teams earned spots on the Southeastern Conference Winter Academic Honor Roll. The list includes 637 members who achieved a minimum 3.00 grade point average for the Spring, Summer and Fall 2015 semesters from the league’s 14 schools.

Equestrian led the way for the Gamecocks with 24 of its 39 members earning a spot on the honor roll. Men’s basketball led the department in percentage with 64.3 percent of its roster making the honor roll. South Carolina’s total entries on the list ranked second among the league’s 14 schools, trailing just Georgia (88).
