COLUMBIA, S.C. – South Carolina head softball coach Beverly Smith announces the addition of three more fall exhibitions for her program, starting with a 1 p.m. doubleheader on Sunday, Oct. 18 against Charleston Southern.

Also added is a Thursday afternoon game on Oct. 22 at Coastal Carolina. That game starts at 5 p.m., and it is scheduled to go 10 innings.

The Gamecocks won their first two outings of the fall over Charlotte but lost six games due to rains two weekends ago.

Returning seven starters and 17 students from last year’s 38-22 team, Smith and company look to build upon three-straight NCAA Tournament appearances.
