South Carolina Honors 33 Fall 2016 Graduates at Senior Ring Ceremony

COLUMBIA, S.C. – South Carolina took time out Monday morning to honor its final graduates of 2016, recognizing 33 at the Athletic Department’s Senior Ring Ceremony at the Dodie Anderson Academic Enrichment Center.

These students achieved both on the field and in the classroom during their days in the Garnet and Black. All-conference honorees, All-Americans and Academic All-Americans made up this group of 33 that won SEC Championships and played in NCAA Tournaments, rode in NCEA National Championships and played in New Year’s Day bowl games, among a litany of accomplishments. The group has helped South Carolina Athletics post a departmental GPA record of 3.278 in the spring of 2016 and continue a string of 19-straight semesters with an overall GPA above 3.0.
