2016
Indoor: First-team All-American in the 60m hurdles… SEC bronze medalist in the 60m hurdles… won the 60m hurdles at the Tyson Invitational, running a new personal best of 7.69 seconds to move into 7th place in school history for the event… he also earned SEC Runner of the Week honors for his performance at Tyson… finished third at the SEC championship with a time of 7.74… placed sixth at the national meet to earn his first All-American certificate as an individual… also ran on the team’s top 4x400m relay team.
Outdoors: First-team All-American in the 110m hurdles… NCAA East Regional Champion in the 110m hurdles… SEC silver medalist in the 110m hurdles… Olympic Trials qualifier… opened his season with a 400m hurdles race, his first since 2014, where he ran a PR of 52.20… finished second in the 110m hurdles at the conference championship, running a 13.54 (1.2) in the final… dominated at the East Regional Championships, winning the final with a wind-aided time of 13.35 that ranks fifth in school history… finished seventh at the national championship, running 13.84 in the final… also ran on the team’s top 4×1 and 4x400m relays.

2015
Indoor: Shattered previous personal bests en route to his first trip to nationals for the 60mH… put his name in the program record book after running a 7.72 in the 60mH prelims of the Armory Invitational, eighth fastest all-time and second-fastest in the nation for the season… followed that up with a 7.75 to win the finals on national TV… won the 60mH at the Virginia Tech Challenge, running a 7.80… finished tenth at the SEC Championships… qualified for his first trip to nationals, where he finished 14th… also ran for the team’s 4×400 relay.
Outdoors: Carried his positive momentum to the outdoor season… won his first two 110mH races of the season, at the Shamrock Invite (13.84 seconds) and Crimson Tide Invite (13.91)… ran a best time of 13.60 at the Florida Relays to finish eighth… that time ranks sixth in program history… won both the 110mH and the 100m dash at the Bill Carson Invite, recording the team’s best time of the season in the 100 (10.47 seconds)… helped lead Carolina to the shuttle hurdle relay title at the Penn Relays, with the third fastest time in program history (55.53)… won silver at the SEC Championships, running a personal-best time of 13.46… his time ranks fifth in school history… ran the second leg of the bronze-medal winning 4×4 relay team, which recorded the fourth-fastest time in school history… was the top seed at the East Regionals, but missed the race due to injury… returned from injury to run at the USATF Senior Nationals, where he finished 25th overall… competed for Team USA at the World University Games in South Korea.

2014
Indoor: One of the Gamecocks’ three 60 meter hurdle specialists…captured two top three finishes, including a win at the Hilton Garden Invitational (7.87)…ran his top time of the season at the Cherry and Silver Invitational, using a 7.86 to finish third…secured an eighth-place finish at SEC Indoor Championships (8.01).
Outdoor: Concentrated on the 110mH, posting five top five finishes…went under the 14 second barrier for the first time of the season, at SEC Outdoors clocking a collegiate-best 13.82 to advance to the finals where he finished sixth (14.00)…qualified for NCAA East Preliminary round in the high hurdles, just missing his first individual bid, posting times of 13.87 in the preliminary round and 13.94 to finish 18th…entered the 400mH three times, finishing third at Weems Baskin with his best time of the season at 52.82…also ran on the 4×100 meter relay that won the collegiate division at Penn Relays (40.16) and finished sixth at SEC Outdoor Championships (39.60)…continued his season at USATF Senior Outdoor Championships in Sacramento, Calif., running a 14.00 into a headwind to finish 18th.

2013
Indoor: Won two of the three South Carolina home indoor meets, posting a best 55mh time of 7.38…Posted a pair of top-eight finishes at the Auburn Invitational and Hokie Invitational…clocked in with the ninth-fastest 60mH time in school history at the prestigious Armory Collegiate Invitational, finishing fourth with a time of 7.85…took 10th place at the Tyson Invitational and finished in 13th at his first SEC Indoor Championships.
Outdoor: Concentrated on the high hurdles…posted top-five finishes in his first three outdoor meet at the Hurricane Invitational, Weems Baskin Invitational and the Raleigh Relays…at the SEC Outdoor Championships, punched his ticket to the finals with a then-season-best 14.00, the fifth-fastest time of the prelims…in the finals, took sixth to score with a time of 14.52 (-2.1)…qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary round and moved through the first round with a 14.00 (+1.2) and was just outside of the top-12 with his collegiate-best time of 13.90 (+0.7) to finish in 15th…also a relay member, running the second-fastest 4x100m time of the year at the NCAA East Preliminary round, finishing in 16th place.

HIGH SCHOOL
Competed at US Junior Nationals to qualify as a US World Junior National Team participant at the 2012 IAAF World Junior Championships for the 110mH in Barcelona, Spain, where he finished sixth with a time of 13.71 after recording a mark of 13.56 at the US Junior Championships to earn a bid…Top marks of 13.56 in the 110m hurdles, 36.2 in the 300m hurdles, 10.60 in 100m, 48.3 in the 400m, 6.40 in the 55m and 7.71 in the 60m hurdles…holds four state records: the 110mH, the 300mH, the 4×100 and the 55mH…12 state titles over the course of his career: three in the 110mH, two in the 300mH, three in the 4x100m relay, two in the 4x200m relay, one 55mH and one in the 55m…2011-12 Gatorade Athlete of the Year…Washington Post All-Met 2011-12 for winter and spring…Washington Post All-Met Boys Track & Field Athlete of the Year…Ranked #1 in the US in the 55mH…2011 club 4x400m ran a 3:11.

PERSONAL
Also an All-State football player at Potomac High School in Oxon Hill, Md…owns the Maryland high school state record with four interceptions in one game…intends to major in political science…also considered Clemson, Alabama, Auburn, Pittsburgh, Ohio, Ole Miss and Texas Tech…came to South Carolina for the coaching staff and to compete in the SEC.
