Heat Management Plan

We encourage you to take extra precautions as you come to Williams-Brice Stadium this weekend.

Along with wearing sunscreen and hats, staying hydrated, taking breaks from the sun, the following cooling products will be allowed to be carried in at the gates:

• Personal handheld or neck fans (Fans with a rechargeable lithium battery such as the Ryobi fans will not be permitted)
• Personal misting fans (water tank must be empty at the gates)
• Hydration supplements such as Liquid IV, Drip Drop, Nuun, etc
• Cooling towels

Fans are also permitted to bring one empty and clear plastic disposable bottle of water per person OR one sealed clear plastic disposable bottle of water into the stadium (i.e., Dasani water bottle).

Williams-Brice Stadium will have cooling fans on every level of the stadium along with water bottle fillers/water fountains or Water Monsters for fans to stay hydrated.
