Scenic City Collegiate at The Honors Course Canceled
Gamecocks will now open season at J.T. Poston Invitational (Sept. 27-28) next week
OOLTEWAH, Tenn. — South Carolina’s first tournament of the 2021-22 college golf season, the Scenic City Collegiate, has been canceled due to heavy rains in the Chattanooga area.
This morning’s 8 a.m. shotgun start at The Honors Course was delayed twice before the decision was made to cancel the event as more rain is forecasted for the remainder of today and tomorrow.
The Gamecocks will now open the season at the J.T. Poston Invitational (Sept. 27-28) next week at the Country Club of Sapphire Valley.
