One last time under the lights
Gamecock football is back under the lights at Williams-Brice Stadium for the final time in 2023 when they host Clemson on Saturday. Kickoff for The Palmetto Bowl is set for 7:39 p.m.
We anticipate additional traffic congestion in the area for Saturday’s game, starting at 6 p.m. Due to this additional traffic congestion, we encourage our fans to plan accordingly.
All parking lots around the stadium will open early at 1:30 p.m. to allow more time for fans to get to their parking spot. Gamecock Walk will begin around 5:30 p.m. Stadium gates will open at their regular times.
Gamecock Park, Woodstock, Armory, LMC Fair Park lots are all sold out. Game day parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for $40 (credit card only) in The State Newspaper lot, located at 1401 Shop Rd.

Senior Day
Make sure you’re in your seats early to help us recognize this year’s senior class. The pre-game ceremony will take place approximately 26 minutes prior to kickoff.
Gamecock Village presented by Farm Bureau Insurance
Gamecock Village will be packed this weekend activations including Jersey Mike’s Tailgate Tour and a NASCAR setup featuring a co-branded Gamecocks car. As always, we’ll have live music, food trucks on hand and beer & seltzer available for purchase when the Village opens at 3 p.m.
Gamecock Walk and Pregame Pep Rally
Let’s make this week’s Gamecock Walk crowd the biggest of the season. The team will arrive around 5:30 p.m. and head into the stadium lead by Cocky, the drumline and our spirit teams. Get a spot early along the Tommy Suggs Garnet Way to cheer the Gamecocks on as they head into the stadium.
After Gamecock Walk, head over to the Gamecock Park Amphitheater for the Pregame Pep Rally featuring the Mighty Sound of the Southeast and our spirit teams, which begins around 5:50 p.m.
Forever Garnet
Don’t forget to take advantage of the pillars of Forever Garnet at Saturday’s game.
- Memories: There’s still a few Game Day Experiences available for purchase for Saturday’s game.
- Rewards: Be sure to check in once you get into Williams-Brice Stadium to earn points for attending. These points can be redeemed for various prizes and sweepstakes.
- Gamecock Club Concessions Discount: Gamecock Club members can receive a 10% discount on certain concessions items at specific stands at Williams-Brice Stadium by scanning their Forever Garnet QR Code ID inside the Forever Garnet App.
