Game Time Set for Gamecock Football at Kentucky

The South Carolina Gamecocks and Kentucky Wildcats will kick off at 3:30 pm ET on Saturday, Sept. 7, from Kroger Field in Lexington, Ky., it was announced today. The 2024 SEC conference opener will be nationally-televised on ABC.

The Gamecocks lead the all-time series over the Wildcats by a 20-14-1 margin, including a 10-8 advantage when the game has been played in the Blue Grass state. South Carolina has won each of the last two contests, posting a 24-14 win in 2022, the last time the two teams met in Kentucky, and a 17-14 triumph last year when the teams tangled in Columbia.

Other game times and television networks for the 2024 season will be announced at a later date.
