Pelzek Sets School Record on Day Four of SECs
ATHENS, Ga. – The South Carolina swimming & diving team set another school record and saw action from 10 Gamecocks in finals on day four of the SEC Championships. The three Gamecocks who qualified for night swims in the women’s 100 fly posted new best times and NCAA B-cuts in the prelims. Breckin Gormley broke 53 seconds in the event for the first time in her career to post a 52.84, which is the sixth fastest time in program history. She took 23rd place to secure a spot in the C finals. Jordan Agliano earned a spot in the C finals as well after placing 20th following a 52.64.
