Gamecocks Set to Travel to Ole Miss on Nov. 1
The South Carolina Gamecocks will be back on the road for an SEC contest on Saturday, Nov. 1, when they travel to Oxford, Miss. for a date with the Ole Miss Rebels. The game time and TV Network will not be determined until after the games of Oct. 25, the Southeastern Conference announced today.
Ole Miss has won each of the last two games to take a slim 10-8 lead in the all-time series between the two SEC rivals including a 5-4 advantage when the game has been played in Oxford. The Rebels won last year in Columbia by a 27-3 score. South Carolina’s last win in the series came in the 2018 season, a wild 48-44 win in Oxford.
South Carolina (3-4, 1-4 SEC) will host No. 4/4 Alabama (6-1, 4-0 SEC) at 3:30 pm ET on Saturday, Oct. 25, while No. 8/8 Ole Miss (6-1, 3-1 SEC) is at No. 13/11 Oklahoma (6-1, 2-1 SEC) for an 11 am CT kick in Norman.
