Selected as one of six Rex Enright permanent team captains for the 2023 season… played in all 12 games, starting 11… recorded 33 tackles with 4.0 tackles for loss and 2.0 sacks… earned SEC Defensive Lineman of the Week accolades for his performance against Mississippi State… credited with 2.0 sacks, a pair of pass breakups, one quarterback hurry, one fumble recovery and a blocked kick in the win over the Bulldogs… turned in a career high six tackles in the win over Jacksonville State… scored a touchdown on a one–yard pass reception in the win over Vanderbilt… also had a pair of tackles including a tackle for loss and a fumble recovery against the Commodores… shared the South Carolina Spirit Award for the defense with T.J. Appeared in 11 games including three starts… battled an injury that limited him some during the season… logged 21 tackles with one sack, a pair of pass breakup and a fumble recovery… started the first two games of the season, collecting four tackles at Arkansas, but suffered a leg injury in that contest that hampered him for some time… did not play against Georgia… saw limited action against Charlotte and South Carolina State and did not play at Kentucky while battling the injury… tied a season and career high in tackles at Clemson with four… started the bowl game against Notre Dame and matched his career high with four tackles, including a 12-yard sack, the first of his career, and one pass breakup… recognized as the Spirit Award winner for the defense at the 2022 spring game… named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2021 (Redshirt Freshman)
Played in all 13 games along the defensive line… named to the Freshman All-SEC team by the league’s 14 coaches… credited with 11 tackles, including nine solo stops… had two stops each against East Carolina, Tennessee and North Carolina… logged his first tackle for loss against the Tar Heels in the Duke’s Mayo Bowl… named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2020 (Freshman)
