Edge rusher who enrolled in January… will be going through his first spring drills with the squad.
HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Sumter (S.C.) High School… coached by Mark Barnes… led Sumter to a 12-1 record and a spot in the State 5A semifinals as a senior… accumulated 112 tackles in his senior campaign, including 21.5 tackles for loss and led the team in sacks with 10.0 and quarterback hurries with 14… also caused four fumbles and recovered four fumbles… named to the South Carolina Football Coaches Association 5A All-State team… selected to play in the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas where he worked primarily at linebacker… collected 96 tackles including 25 tackles for loss and six sacks as a junior, leading the Gamecocks to an 11-2 season and a spot in the quarterfinals of South Carolina’s AAAAA playoffs in 2023… also got some snaps on the offensive side of the ball.
