Junior cornerback who earned his first letter during the 2009 season while working primarily on special teams… role player who provides depth in the secondary… earned a spot on the 2009 SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll… rewarded with a scholarship since his arrival on campus… earned the Harold White GPA Award for the defense in the spring.
2009: Sophomore walk-on who was converted to cornerback in the spring after beginning his Carolina career as a wide receiver… solid contributor on special teams throughout the season… played in 12 of 13 games… registered four tackles.
2008: Worked as a scout team member… was not eligible following a transfer from Carson-Newman College.
2007: Sat out the season as a redshirt at Carson-Newman College.
