Senior who hopes to be back at full strength after suffering a broken ankle during the 2009 Garnet & Black Spring Game, then suffering a lacerated kidney during the 2010 spring drills… listed with the second team unit at wide receiver as the fall begins… considered one of the better blocking receivers on the squad… has appeared in 30 games starting nine times… has caught 45 passes for 448 yards and five TDs.

2009: Returned to wide receiver in the spring after finishing the 2008 campaign on defense at the Spur position…had to come back from a broken leg suffered on the final play of the Garnet & Black Spring Game… sat out the season opener at NC State as he continued to recover from the broken ankle… returned to action against Georgia in game 2… caught one pass for 13 yards in that contest… made the start against SC State… reinjured his ankle during practice leading up to the Alabama game and was sidelined again… did not return again until the regular season finale against Clemson… finished the season with four catches for 27 yards.

2008: Made the transition from wide receiver to the Spur linebacker/safety position midway through the season… played in all 13 games, making three starts at wide receiver… caught 14 passes for 106 yards with a pair of touchdowns… caught a 20-yard touchdown pass from Chris Smelley in the season-opening win over NC State… caught four passes for 40 yards against Vanderbilt… scored on a 17-yard pass from Chris Smelley to seal the win over Wofford… moved to safety following the win at Kentucky… credited with six tackles.

2007: Named to the Sporting News Freshman All-SEC team… played in 10 games hauling in 27 passes for 315 yards, 11.7 yards per catch… had a trio of touchdown receptions, scoring against North Carolina, Arkansas and Clemson… did not play in the season[apos]s first two games and did not have a catch through four contests… earned his first career start in Game 5 against Mississippi State… responded with a pair of catches for 12 yards… scored his first collegiate TD on a 3-yard pass at North Carolina… had a break-out game with a game-high eight receptions for a career-high 109 yards and a touchdown at Arkansas… finished the season with five catches for 65 yards and a score versus Clemson… longest pass reception was 24 yards on three occasions – versus Kentucky, at Arkansas and against Clemson… totaled 16 catches for 215 yards and two scores over the final three games.
